I am covering all of the costs associated with this challenge and all the money I am able to raise through sponsorship will go directly to the charity.
I am using the JustGiving web site to collect sponsorship as it provides a secure way to collect donations from anywhere in the world using a credit/debit card or Paypal account. The operators of the website collect the donation and send it directly to the charity. No tatty sponsorship forms to fill in or collecting the pledges after the event!
UK taxpayers have the option to request that the tax that has already been paid on the donation be given to the charity instead, a so called GiftAid donation. This provides the charity with an additional 25% on top of your donation at no cost to you. Please follow the instructions on the web page to request a GiftAid donation if you can. If you are not a UK tax payer please do not request GiftAid as this will complicate things for the charity.
Donations from outside the UK
Please note that the web site is only able to accept donations in Pounds Sterling (£). To convert from your local currency please use this currency conversion calculator. If your card was not issued by a UK bank then your card provider may add a small currency conversion charge in addition to your donation. Please don't let this small addition put you off making a contribution to this worthy cause.

UK residents have the option to make a donation using their mobile phone. There is no charge for the text or receiving the acknowledgement.

The donation will either be added to your next bill (if pay monthly) or deducted from your phone credit (if pay as you go). You will receive an acknowledgement text and instructions on how to claim GiftAid on your donation. If your phone cannot follow the link in the acknowledgement message you will need to copy the URL into your browser to complete the process. It will look something like https://giftaid.it/<reference-number>
There may be a short delay before you receive your acknowledgement text and it may come from a different number.
Please GiftAid if you can, it adds up to a significant amount of additional money for the charity at absolutely no additional cost to you.
All online and text donations will be shown on the JustGiving webpage together with the total raised so far.
If you are unhappy or unable to use either of the methods above I am happy to accept donations directly which I will forward onto the charity. These will be included in the "offline donations" total shown on the JustGiving web page.
